Always confirm a hearing date, filing, order, judgment, balance, and disposition with the originating court or clerk. A printout or screenshot is not automatically a certified copy.
Verify With the Official Source
Official Walworth County circuit records are maintained by the Walworth County Clerk of Circuit Court. Municipal clerks keep their local court files, the Register in Probate manages its specialized records, and appellate and federal matters use separate systems. The correct custodian decides access and certification.
